... and then there is the more intimate, easily to be overlooked and overheard side of Fluxus, between DADA and Pop, between TAO and Zen, between Concrete Poetry and Concept Art, between High and Low, between Art and Art of Life, which for more than fifty years has produced notes, slips, boxes, small and tiny objects (3-dimensional poems), a „chamber music“ dedicated to the insignificant and worthless. A group of international artists with the attitude „Think small“ refused to be pinned down by a definition of FLUXUS.
„Maciunas was the only one who had a concrete idea of what Fluxus meant, but I am very much for leaving it uncertain. I much prefer each doing what he wants to do. ... nobody can say who or what Fluxus is. I find this nice.“ [1]
